Community Outreach

The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) Noise Programs Staff sponsors quarterly public input meetings where residents receive updates on the Noise Oversight Committee (NOC) and its activities, are briefed on operational levels and procedures around the airport and have the opportunity to provide comments and voice concerns on airport noise issues. A summary of the comments received at these meetings are submitted to the NOC and the MAC’s Finance, Development and Environment Committee.
