Operational Implementation Plan
The Flying Cloud Operational Implementation Plan agreement outlines several actions on behalf of MAC that are intended to protect residents around FCM from excessive airport noise impacts associated with the operation and development of FCM. This Report allows a person to view a count of the aircraft types that either departed from or arrived at the airport during a specified time period. An image of each aircraft type is also presented. The report also provides information about each aircraft type's characteristics, whether it is a stage 2 or stage 3 jet operation, propeller aircraft, helicopter, or unidentified aircraft type. |

the link on the left to file a noise complaint and report any suspected
violation of the operational implementation plan. Any complaint that can
be verified by MAC staff, ANOMS, or the FAA will be investigated further.

| On a weekly basis MAC Aviation Noise and Satellite Programs staff will generate a Stage 2 aircraft report for the preceding week. This report indicates the aircraft type and the number of Stage 2 operations that were conducted during the specified time period. |

On a quarterly basis MAC Aviation Noise and Satellite Programs staff will generate a Stage 2 aircraft report for the preceding quarter. This report indicates the aircraft type and the number of Stage 2 operations that were conducted during the specified time period. |

On a monthly basis MAC Aviation Noise and Satellite Programs staff will prepare a count of the number of Stage 2 operations at FCM for the preceding 12 months. |
