Anoka County-Blaine Airport is a general aviation facility serving mainly single and twin-engine propeller, light personal, and corporate jet aircraft operated by private, recreational and corporate pilots.

The Anoka County-Blaine Airport Noise Abatement Plan was developed by the MAC Noise Program to promote aircraft procedures and operations that reduce airport noise for people living near the airport.
